RCC works boundary walls, Type-IV hostels, 24x7 centrally heated library, laboratory & art/craft blocks; building strengthening, solar rooms; and CBSE-standard upgradation of schools.
Coordinated with Ladakh Police officials and consultants for smooth planning and execution of RCC infrastructure works.
Central heating with radiator panels & boiler; VRV/VRF cassette HVAC for simultaneous heating/cooling, suited for -25°C to 50°C climates.
Performed detailed analysis of traffic congestion and accident-prone locations on NH-03 using spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data. Assessed accident patterns, roadway geometry, and traffic characteristics to identify critical safety concerns and formulate engineering-based remedial measures.
